Water was in full sun; there is no overhead tree canopy although there are shrubs on either side.
substance coming from upstream mission creek. very recent; substance only appeared within last half hour. could be cement.
Water very clear
heavy rain water high and fast. Over 100 mm of rain in past 24 hours.
Slight cloudiness to water, but running much clearer than upstream. Suspect this is due to input from Mission Creek.
smell of sewage/phosphorous and plant decay.
