Lens Cove has expanded its parking area next to the test site and removed vegetation along the shore. Lens Cove employees are removing weeds from the water. Weeds are collecting in the corners along the sides of the bay. The water at the test site has a lot of suspended mud in the water and soft on the bottom with the Secchi sinking into mud.
The water had a lot of suspended dirt, mud and the bottom of the lake was not visible at the end of the dock. It was clearer near shore.
The dock that was used as a test location in the past has been replaced with the new one in the picture.
At the testing location near the seniors home, I learned that parts of Portland harbour had a weed removal procedure the week before. This area may have been cleared out.
A boat arrived at the new gas pump location across from test location.

Water clear, brown, no algae. Weather sunny and calm.
The water was brown and murky with quite a bit of silt. One 20 pontoon boat arrived and moored in slips along the edge of the channel. A small aluminum boat motored past. There are numerous boats moored in slips along the edge of the bay.
