Longtime resident bill jackson called in and reported that the black creek north fork which he lives on has an orange color and looks like milk was poured into the creek.

SJRWMD investigated and reported that they believe the source to be the Amazon Distribution Construction site at Cecil Field. They did not have siltation barriers but are currently putting them in place. Volunteers in the area we continue to observe and report if conditions change.
