This routinely shows up early-mid afternoon on weekdays. We [Friends of Bowker Creek] believe the source is Oak Bay Public Works' yard, where vactor-type trucks are cleaned out at the end of the work day

Have you notified any other agencies?

The municipality is working on a sediment capture system for the yard that we think is the source
