A sailing boat was swept downriver during the 2019 spring floods, eventually sinking in little chaudiere rapids. previously reported. during current low water levels, i was able to move the sailing boat down to the parkdale exit ramp along the sjam and out of the river onto the shore. this boat should be secured and removed before the water levels come back up again and sweep it back into the river as a hazard for people and installations along the river.
