Oil sheen still present. Will be contacting ADEM in attempt to determine the source ASAP.

Images of the sheen and relevant information reported to ADEM. Will follow-up to ensure timely action is taken regarding the complaint. Issue was submitted through the online ADEM complaint system (cam be checked here - http://app.adem.alabama.gov/complaints/0L-007VI7J55) and directly via email to local relevant staff members.

ADEM performed an inspection, at the time of the inspection, the sheen has dissipated and has not returned.
