Received call from nearby neighbor that active construction was occurring on a building being renovated at 5400 water oak lane, jacksonville, fl, 32210. caller said construction/roofing team was discharging roofing materials, litter and construction waste into the river. submitted complaint to coj via 630-city.

City of Jacksonville, Environmental Quality Division, Bill Karlavige, visited the site first thing the following morning after receiving the report. COJ found no evidence of direct discharge. Site was clean. Although there was active construction, it appears no roofing had taken place recently.
