At the summerlyn neighborhood construction site (company: kb homes) at the intersection of touchton rd and belfort rd in jacksonville, florida, a large amount of dirt and mud is leaving the construction site and running over the sidewalk and into the gutter and storm drain. black silt fence is in place but not properly installed to prevent soil from leaving the site.

Recent rains have probably contributed to the runoff

Passed by the site 3/27/2018 and 3/28/2018 and observed silt fencing had been completely removed and no gravel on driveway; a great deal of soil now leaving the site. Reported to Nick Duin at COJ.
